Originally I was okay with renting from them, it was my second time working with public storage so I was prepared to deal with the price gouging. However I wasn’t prepared to deal a bug infestation, two carts for a 3 story storage building with THREE car bays, and the icing on the cake dead mice that damaged some of my things. Over the past two days I’ve been moving my things out and have found even though janitorial tasks are performed that does not include bug carcass clean up, cleaning the front of your unit if someone else spills stuff all over your door, nor cleaning the elevators. There is glass and debris all over elevator two and elevator one isn’t much better. On top of this the elevators feel VERY unsafe, not coming flush with the level they are on etc. all of that on top of demanding more money regularly? Hard pass. Not to mention spreading your employees so thin that each building has split coverage god forbid someone got stuck in the elevator there’s no one here half the time to know you’re trapped and forget about cell service.

This place is frustrating. Per the contract and calls with office staff, they’re supposed to leave a lock in your locker. I made sure to go during advertised office hours on my third visit. Office was locked and closed… still no lock… wasted half a month on an empty locker coupled with loading and unloading items in the extreme cold.

Great experience from start to finish!!! Our trailers were deleivered on time both at the origin and at the destination. They were always available to answer our questions. I would not hesitate to use U-Pack for any future moves. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing and professional. I couldn’t have been happier. Piephito shouts out to Desiree, Janet, and Dan the driver/foreman. Desiree saved me from getting horribly scammed from a different company and went out of her way to get the move scheduled in really short notice! The estimate was exactly what I paid as it should be. Janet was efficient and very responsive to work with and Dan and his crew did an amazing job!

Upselling and rude. Can’t recommend Eric at all. We decided to go with another company because of his abrasiveness and attitude….. not to mention a price quote that was way more expensive than others.

Amazing service! I cannot say enough how fantastic every person I encountered at Piepho was! I highly recommend them.

The entire staff is very friendly and make themselves available. Would recommend to anyone moving or needing rental storage units!
