Great customer service and great moving experience! I hired Quality Moving and Storage to move an apartment of furniture and other things to a house. WOW, what a positive experience! Starting with the General Manager - she was so friendly and responsive anytime I contacted her! Then, there were two young men who came to move the furniture - they arrived right on time and were extremely polite and courteous, something that is often missing these days. Besides how polite they were, they knew their job and did it very well. All of the personal belongings arrived safe (including some highly fragile items) and were placed into the house with great care!! Besides a great experience, it was also a great value!! Highly recommend and would definitely use them again!!

This wonderful place has multiple cameras and push button access and regress. For outside storage, the buildings are placed in such a way that they're real. Easy to get a vehicle into and out of if that's your hobby. Unexpected amenities like lighting and an electrical outlet on each building. Even at the lower price, we're an unexpected gift

I only encountered two minor issues that the office staff took care of immediately. And every means of payment are accepted. The insurance is really cheap and help.S keep it off your homeowner's policy, though I never used it
