I moved into a midcentury home, and couldn’t get my elliptical down the stairs and to the basement. These guys came over, took it apart, reassembled it and did so quickly and professionally. I can’t recommend them enough! They know what they are doing and provide top notch service.

They were quick, professional and on time ! Not one item broke or cracked, also set everything in place ??
I buy abandoned units, the monthly rate was cheap so I rented it for a month just so I didn’t have to have it cleaned out in 2 days per the auction company. During my clean out process they accused me of breaking into another unit which then they called the auction company and had me banned. Which at that point I was just a customer of theirs not attached to the auction company anymore. They would not show me the footage after many times asking they looked at the footage again and realized I just went through the hallway fire door to get to my unit. After being really short with me when I called the first time they called back being very sympathetic. They did contact the auction company and got the ban removed however im banned from all acorn sites for doing nothing and won’t respond back to me for why I’m banned.
I've used Mint moving three times for local moves the past 3 years and they are the absolute best! I could not imagine anyone doing it better. So polite, professional and reasonably priced. I wouldn't use anyone else for my moves.
I'd used Super Movers LLC once before, in late 2017, with no problem, so I hired them again with my June 2019 move.
The movers resisted my request to please be careful with the only nice piece of a furniture that I own (I don't remember the details, but I think they insisted on stacking it weirdly). Sure enough, there was a noticeable scratch in the on the surface of the dresser. Not the end of the world, but still not frustrating. I respectfully pointed this out to the movers at the time. They said they would relay it to the owner, Nick.
I also contacted Nick & told him, and he informed me that the movers had denied responsibility. I politely but firmly told him that they were, in fact, responsible. He assured me that (1) he was insured, but (2) his father does woodworking, and could come by and take a look at it. I sent multiple text messages and placed several calls to him over the next few months requesting that he follow through on the repair. He didn't get back to me once.
Not only that, but months after the move, I received 3 random charges--for $75, $100, & $75--on my credit card account from them (I had paid with the square app on my phone; somehow, they retained my credit card number). Chase, my credit card company, required me to try contacting him again multiple times to try to figure out the charges; naturally, he didn't respond once. It's been a huge pain trying to get reimbursed, and nearly 2 months after reporting the fraudulent charges, it still hasn't been resolved. This company is terrible.
Rose’s Daughter exceeded our expectations with the move of our family members to assisted living. They packed, moved and unpacked everything. Rose’s folks respected our space, family and belongings.
