Shop over charges..their hourly rate isn't bad but they billed 50% more hours than what is standard ..so their labor is little more than the dealer..

They are just simply the best moving company in the area! Super polite, caring and very professional. Enjoyed working with them. This is the second time we have used them and recommend them to everyone who needs a great experience with a move. Moving can be very stressful but they made it a breeze. Thanks guys for another great experience.

We've never hired movers before but Good Stuff has made us converts! The crew was kind and funny and easy to work with. We moved out of a five bedroom house and they were done in record time! Worth every penny (and they came in under their own budget even!)

I highly recommend Matt’s moving company. They moved 2 heavy safes for me today any they were outstanding. Very efficient, professional and knew how to handle a fairly technical move.

Had an awesome experience with this company. Branden was really helpful and responsive in helping me get all of the documentation required to reserve the dock I needed for my move. They made an extremely confusing situation for me super easy because they took it all on. The actual movers, Jesse and Nick were professional and so polite. They went above and beyond. Not only because of the cautious care care they took while moving my belongings but they worked SO fast and paying by the hour...you don’t typically see that. Excellent workers and I will 100% be using this company for all my moving needs in the future.

The movers from USA Family Moving company do their work quite efficiently. I have been able to hire out different movers and so I can clearly tell the difference between an average relocation company and one that is super excellent. Being a satisfied customer, I would recommend them to all.

The actual movers worked very hard, we had a couple pieces of furniture with minor damage. During the move they put a melon sized hole in our wall, their resolution, was to take $25 off the billl or that they could have a repair man come out in 2-3 months. Neither of these were acceptable options, I advised I wouldn’t pay my bill until it was repaired. That led to them getting someone out the following week. We paid our bill the day after the invoice was received, they continue to follow up for it. Each time I let them know I paid it, the date, the check number...but it doesn’t get closed out in their system. Given the opportunity to do the right thing, they don’t. When’s forced to do the right thing they do. But be prepared for any issue to be a struggle with them. Despite the actual movers working hard, I can’t recommend them.

Great job! The guys are great, quick, friendly, and treat the stuff good. Would highly recommend them for your move! Really the best deal as well. They will be handling all our future moves.
