I have been a customer for four years at this location. They have always been very attentive to anything I need. Additionally, the facilities are kept in top condition, well-lit and extremely safe. They have a security system that will trigger an alarm if you open a door that you're not logged into, and a worker will appear rather quickly once the alarm has been triggered (accidentally forgot to log in a time or two haha). Your stuff will be well kept and protected here at the Ofallon location. The staff are all extremely friendly and never make you feel like you are a burden!

This place it’s amazing and Today the guy in the store his name Colin give me a propane tank refill in the last minute to close the store, he’s super helpful and I am grateful for that, we need more guys in the stores like this!!

Ubox is the way to go. They can bring a big shipping crate to you (as many as you want) and you load it up, and they will take it wherever you want it....Anywhere in the world. Or you can put your seasonal items in it and they will take the crate and put it in storage for you and bring it back to you whenever you want it. Or maybe you just need the extra storage sitting in your driveway while you redo part of your house. That way you can still access your stuff but it's out of your way. or maybe you're a contractor looking for temporary storage on site. Anytime you could use a storage container on site or to ship somewhere, Ubox is the way to go.

I am not rating a score of 5 for storage masters. This only applies to Doug an employee at storage masters. Doug was very helpful and had a great personality. He was very professional and seemed to enjoy his job. He was knowledgeable and seemed genuine overall. It was a good experience today.

Everything was 100% the entire time ! They arrived early, were very polite, professional and completed the job without any issues. I was quoted a price and it didn't change at the end! I would definitely use them again and would recommend totally!!! Nothing was broken and took care of my flowers in the box!!! Thank you

Jeff, Jason, Devyn & Justin worked hard to make my local move go as smoothly as possible. The floor was covered, items were wrapped, care was taken to avoid damage. 7.5 hour move in 5 hours! Great crew!
