Worst experience ever! They were 3 hours late! If they had told us earlier that they will be this late, we could have done something while waiting. We starved all day because they wouldn't even tell us exactly how much they will be late. Every time I called them, they said '30 minutes' '1 hour' '30 minutes' etc etc. They never called us first about being late and never even gave us a call before the move date to confirm. We had to call them to make sure they are coming. Also, the lady that answered the calls was SO rude! She answered the phone half asleep and never once said she was sorry about the wait. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever!

타지에서 살다 보니 이사를 자주하게 되네요. 벌써 세번째 인데 이번 이사도 고려통운 덕분에 별 불편 없이 잘 끝난거 같습니다. 더운날 수고 하셨습니다^^
