The WORST experience ever! UNPROFESSIONAL, they CANCELED in the last minute and they CHARGE more, speak simple English is ok, but they didn't understand the details of the moving, when I contacted them they NEVER answered my emails, I called them and we agreed to make a trip 2 diff addresses, we agreed on the price and time(next day),after SEVERAL sms asking for a confirmation number they sms almost at MIDNIGHT charging $160 MORE, that's so UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCLEAR. If you're not chinese we'll PLAY around with you and you'll WASTE your time!

It’s the best moving company I’ve had in NYC so far! The company is very professional, punctual, efficient, and gives reasonable price! The staff are kind, patient and meticulous. I would definitely recommend!

大约2周前，我请了纽约幸福搬家公司帮助我搬家。因为过去我有过被放鸽子，不准时，坐地起价的经历（数家公司），所以非常小心。这次他们完全不一样！按时到达（还略提前），工作非常专业，认真！价格合理！因为我的东西很多，很杂，又有多个地址，挺麻烦的。他们非常耐心！花了好多个小时。我都不好意思了。这是一次非常好的搬家经历。非常棒！非常感谢他们！下次如果再有搬家的事，还找他们。也愿意推荐给其他的人。谢谢啦！
