Very difficult to schedule with them. Long wait times on hold. Website is a joke. One agent tells you one thing, like they can arrange a drop-off after 10am, then the next agent says “no, it has to be before 8am,” making it impossible to schedule helpers for loading and unloading. When you then need to book a long-distance move after a box is stored, they stick it to you on pricing to where it’s cheaper to have a moving company go unload the box at the depot and ship it.
We moved my mother out of her house 4 years ago and have paid thousands of dollars for storage of the container since then. She has finally found a new home that is ONE hour away and they are saying that they do not service the new location so we have to pay movers to go to their facility, take everything out of the container and deliver it on our own to the new home. Absolutely insane and they refuse to provide any other resolution.
Avoid this company. They have poor communication, lackluster customer service, and my pod arrived over a week late after being delayed 5 times. The reason for the delay? They couldn't find a driver to take our container after the one they had lined up did a 'no call, no show' 3(!) times before they finally looked for a new driver. My family and I were without our belongings for 3 weeks because of their lack of professionalism. I absolutely would not recommend this company.
I would not use again. They have a terrible policy regarding their billing cycles. If you call for a container pick up ON the day your cycle renews or after, they will NOT refund or prorate the next month. I am left paying for a full month that I am not receiving any services for.
