Don’t recommend and would never use them again! The billing manager Brittany was very unprofessional and you can here kids in the background when you’re talking to her. Go with PODS or Units!

We hired PackRat and had a confirmation number through their website portal. We called the day it was supposed to arrive to obtain an ETA and was told there was an IT issue and could not get a Pod for another 2 weeks. Their customer service was horrible and could not resolve the issue. We immediately called POD and got one delivered the very next day.

Freddy R. Was amazing. Maneuvered in very tight space the container to drop it off and pick it up. The customer service was helpful as the other guy didn't pick up the container stating there wasn't enough space.

I had a container delivered to my property by the driver Freddy not only did he go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. He was very polite and knowledgeable as his job. I don’t think I’ve seen a better driver get one of these storage containers, in a small tight spot like he did ever, this company should calue this employee he’s a great fit we will be using them again and again hats off to freddy!!

Some of their facilities have great service, others aren't even employed it seems as nobody might answer your calls or pounding on a shipping door! No consistency here. If brokers are absent too, like on most weekends or afterhours, this might become a hell for drivers on a schedule.
