If they come in on time, they still might take too long to offload these pods..not sure why these pods take that long to pull off..

My delivery person was Vee from Middletown. She did an excellent job placing my container in a rather tight area. Her customer service and friendly attitude were much appreciated! Thank you Vee!

This company gets two stars because they showed up on time and they brought a storage container that was bigger than ordered because they didn't have the smaller one we ordered. That was great. And the driver did an excellent job placing it in our driveway which was difficult to navigate. But we will not be using them again.

The inside of the container was covered in mildew, maybe mold? It smelled and I had to wash down all the walls with bleach which was very frustrating not to mention inconvenient because it was humid and took a long time to dry which caused me to have to delay my moving crew. It also completely stressed me out because then I was worried the mildew (or mold?) would get onto my furniture.

I tried to call the company to tell them but could never get through. Their wait times on the phone are an hour.... I tried several days and gave up.

Then, when we removed our furniture, a chipmunk or mouse had gotten inside band left acorn shells inside my sofa. I had been concerned about this from the get go but had hoped it would be seal proof. It wasn't. Maybe it's too much to expect a full seal?

I scheduled a pick up online and they called late in the afternoon to see if it was ready. It was (duh). I missed the call and tried to return it an hour later. Voice mailbox was full and they didn't respond to my text. Never showed. Why didn't they confirm in the morning? They sent an email the next day telling us to schedule a pickup online. Now we have to screw around with back and forth with them trying to get this thing out of our driveway. This company does not have their act together and it is not worth saving a couple bucks to deal with the hassle and their aggravating incompetence.
