Unit was supposed to be delivered before noon. It's 4:00. Called three times today. They weren't able to give me an ETA. Finally 'escalation department' called back with an ETA of 4:30-5:30. Bad service. Don't use this company.

Great experience with Pack-Rat! Fermin provided excellent service for the Pod delivery.

Dishonest, increase/change bill, phone people are incompetent, emails are inaccurate regarding information, change container pickup dates without informing customer... overall more expensive then PODS Moving & Storage Company, which are immensely better. I've since returned with PODS and highly recommend them.

The only good thing is that Fermin delivered my Damaged Door container this morning and was very courteous, helpful and professional.
He was able to set the container in a better and more preferable location then the other employees. He works well with the customers, so you're satisfied.
