HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Unfortunately I am moving into a home and my landlord couldn’t get his container out because they are late. It’s still sitting in his driveway and they had no
communication with him about the delay , he had to call corporate himself. Once he called them they didn’t have much information to give him either. Just have to wait it out ..

Absolutely do not use this company. They couldn't keep an appointment or a promise if their life depended on it. They were late dropping the container by 4 days. They picked up the container to move it, took it back to their facility instead of my new address. Then told corporate they had skipped me instead of telling them that they had my stuff, without my permission, at their shop. Showed up late the next day while the people that were helping me move say around getting paid for doing nothing. Then today they were supposed to pick up the empty and surprise surprise, they had a driver 'run out of hours'. 3 facilities within 20 miles of me but no one available to pick up a container. And the only reason i know this, is NOT because they contacted me. But because I called their corporate office. So now their container is still sitting in my driveway until they get around to doing what they get paid to do and pick it up. Worst money I spent on this move was them. And they actually tried to charge me to pick it up still.

Warning, in their guidelines it says they will take out the full amount once they pick up your belongings and transfer to location facility. And then you will forget about it and think it's taken care of. So you'll call for them to drop off your belongings and THEN they'll hit you with the enormous bill when you've closed on your new house and given thousands of dollars already leaving you and your family broke. Do not go with 1-800-pack-rat, the 'lower price' is not worth it at all.

Highly recommend. Quest was my driver and his drop off and pickup of the pod was seamless.
