I am in the Capital district of New York State. I needed the services of a pod, dropped off and loaded at my convenience.
They were very competitively priced compared to other options.
I was matched up with the local provider out of Rotterdam, New York.
The gentleman running this local operation is Kevin. Kevin was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond for me and really made sure that all of my needs were met. Scheduling became an issue, but it was overcome thanks to Kevin.
I had a lot of questions. All of them were answered and put me at ease. The pod was clean and in good shape when it was dropped off to me. It did not mess up my driveway at all, which I was a little concerned with. They did a great job, making sure that it was placed exactly where I wanted it.
I also had fantastic interactions with the corporate staff, or whoever was answering the phones. Stephanie was instrumental in helping me with scheduling. She was great! Kenyon was also a great help in helping me scheduling my pick up after it was all over. Niam was a super nice guy who picked it up and transported it to its new location. Everyone was super professional, and I was very impressed with the company and service overall.

Everyone I dealt with this at this company went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of.
I really appreciate that.
