Both delivery drivers Melvin and Derek were excellent. Took time to make sure everything was safe and to my satisfaction. Container was clean and no leaks. Will use again.

Review:
Matt and his team in Rochester, NY have been excellent to deal with. Matt communicated with us about every move, and helped us through a difficult situation when the apartment manager was unhappy with container placement. The container goes back to them empty tomorrow, and it has been a very successful move. Thanks again to the Pack Rat team. We would definitely use there services again!
