As you can tell from the other positive reviews, Aaron, the Operations Manager, is the man at this facility. Professional, knowledgeable, and just an overall good guy to work with and talk to.

As a carrier, I showed up past the loading hours. Aaron was still in the office and treated me with more respect than just about any shipper/ receiver I have been to. He let me to use the rest facilities and although I couldn't get loaded that day, he allowed me to park in the dock and stay there till morning. Anyone who drives OTR knows that finding adequate parking in Chesapeake is not an easy task. The following morning he had my truck loaded before I was up and out of out of bed, paperwork was signed and I was good to go.

This man is doing great things for the Pack Rat company. He is the standard. Treat him well.

Aaron really turned a tragic incident into a calming moment. He gave me all the info I needed on the storage process and no run around on pricing. I would recommend this company to anyone local or long distance. And when I was done with the pod they even offered to pick it up early. If you are ever in need call this company. 5 stars
