Review:

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1 or 2 hour wait times are normal. There's no way to contact anyone locally. The bureaucracy is beyond insane. An article in The CEO magazine says CEO Mark Kuhns 'has a passion for customer service'. Really!!? No one would ever be able to tell. If you value your sanity, take your business elsewhere.
