The drop off and pick up at my old house as well as the drop off and pick up at my residence was great. The drivers were fantastic and extremely courteous and helpful. The phone calls for the delivery at my new address was especially good. The transportation of the actual PackRat unit left much to be desired. 'Due to weather' the unit was delayed by a week which made me rework all my plans and schedules to get it unloaded. It also left us without our stuff for almost two weeks. While I understand weather happens the weather was not so bad that the roads were closed for days on end, I think that was just a convenient excuse.

Again deliveries and pick ups by the actual depots were great, the movement of the container from New York to North Carolina was the issue.

I have had the most exceptional service. I have changed dates more than once and still received the best service. The driver was great!! Thank you I’d totally recommend to everyone.

We needed 3 storage units temporarily for a big project. All 3 units were delivered on the day we needed them and placed exactly where instructed. When we called to have the units picked up, they were gone in 2 days. The units were in great shape and provided the dry storage we needed..
