The only employee that gives a damn about customer service was the driver, Glen. This entire experience was a horrible nightmare. Glen is the only reason I gave 1 star instead of ZERO stars. My shipment sat for two weeks before it shipped and because of that they charged me an extra month. $319 for their customer service FAILURE!!! Customer service actually had the nerve to blame me because I didn't relay messages between service reps. NOT MY JOB as a customer to be the communications director. Never again!! I train companies on customer service, believe me Pack- Rat will be part of every presentation I make for the rest of my career.
