Windor was the best delivery driver! Took his time placing the pod and was great with communication.

I can’t say enough about this place without running out of space. The facility is clean and well organized. The best part is Coleman the onsite facilitator. Not only did he accommodate me by letting me in after he had closed for the day, not only did he take the time to understand the situation, not only did he take the time to find and retrieve the multiple pods…he allowed me time to open each one to access what was going on. He also kept them unstacked so I was able to return on the weekend to sift through and organize my property (long story short, my bitter ex literally threw my belongings in the pods as if it were trash).

Coleman has gone and continues to go above and beyond to assist me with resolving this matter. He’s understanding and will work with you if you need him too. He runs the facility like a very well oiled machine. Your property will be in great hands if you need storage.

I would rate them lower than 4 stars because of The customer service side (the 800 number) but Coleman, the manager of the actual storage place in parma, saved them. Every time I called customer service for an update on pickup time -since they screwed it up- they blew me off.They kept telling me “we sent them an email”. SENT AN EMAIL.EVERY TIME. Why not CALL & talk to them for an update. They have no phone?? The Manager called me a few days later & could not have been nicer. they have the container until I move, so let’s see if they can redeem themselves on the back end. I’LL FOLLOW UP AFTER

The driver was fantastic but dealing with the company on the phone is the worst. First I waited all day for a drop off that was supposed to be there between 8am and noon and they didn't show so I called and they said oh no deliveries are noon till 4 when I explained what I was told they said no they are noon till 4. They showed about 3pm. Then we made arrangements to pick up on certain day because of moving constraints and we told them it must be picked up first thing and they said they noted first early pick up on said date. Well low and behold on that day they never showed early as planned and when we called to see where they were they told us they pick up between noon and 4 even tho they told between 8 and noon and noted pick up terms but apparently those pick up and return times only apply in writing and not in actual service. We were very disappointed in the service from office personnel. You are paying a fairly good amount for the services and treated very poorly with communication once your contract is set in motion. The driver was the best part of dealing with this company as he was very apologetic and very accommodating even tho the weather was miserable and so was I to deal with at this time. Little did we know dealing with them by phone would not get any better.. The driver should be rewarded for his work and customer relation skills as the face of this company.

I called to order a container from Coleman, I got his number from a friend. He walked me through the whole process and referred me to customer service or the online platform to complete my order, he was patient, helpful and reassuring when I’m ready to move I will go with this company.
