Review:

Update: A representative called me and helped to rework a more acceptable price. I really wish that it hadn't taken me writing a negative review for them to be moved to make a change. In the end, I am happier with the price I received.

They jack you around on pricing. They will quote an inflated price. If you don't question or push back you will get taken. They push prices up with no explanation. Not an ethical company. Would recommend.

This company is terrible. I have been interacting with them for less than a week and they have caused multiple issues and the pod hasn’t even been dropped off yet. They told me the pod would be dropped off on the 19th (today) and then proceeded to tell me that the 20th was the actual drop off date. There is no communication between the customer service team and local teams. Nor do they care about their customers. They didn’t tell me about a permit that was needed which is now costing me an additional $100 for the time we have the pod. Due to the cost of the permit and their error of not telling me this, we had to change dates. They’re charging me a $25 fee for this change that was caused by their lack of communication to me. Now they have changed the pick up date for the pod without telling me and when I ask for them to waive the fee due to their error they say they can’t. I wait to talk to a manager and am put back into a queue of 55 mins plus. Terrible. Terrible. I’m looking at alternative solutions with different companies at this point. Their $25 charge is about to make them lose a $3k plus move. I don’t trust them and they don’t care to fix the issues they’ve created, this is how they treat military members also. Please stay away from this company!
