Do not use if you need your belongings back on a specific day.

When you call to set it up they'll tell you that it's for that day. You don't get a conformation email for a few days and it's not what was discussed.

Then when you try to call there's an excessive wait time. They give an option for a call back and when they call you back you have to continue to wait just to be told the original date you asked for your belongings back in now unavailable.

Will NEVER use pack rat again. The amount of money I paid for this service is ridiculous to not be able to get my bed back after setting up a date.

We have really appreciated working with PackRat customer service people across the board. Especially the ones here on the Vegas end. They were very helpful and responsive. Moving is an incredibly stressful and physically difficult time. Having the containers delivered and picked up on time and adjusting to our schedule when possible was just fabulous. Being able to text Brandon was a huge help.

This is the most responsive, professional team you will find. I had to swap out for a larger pod and everyone was quick, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend these guys!!!

I have had the worst possible experience with this company and I have used moving companies for many years as a professional realtor. I put my things in a storage unit back in July and have been unsuccessful having it delivered since then. I have been on terminal hold for hours. No one man's the phone, emails are ignored, and when I finally reached somebody and asked for a callback from a manager, it's crickets. Literally the worst Customer Service on the planet and yet they charge my credit card religiously every month without fail, I cannot retrieve my belongings!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN
