If you are thinking about a move with pack rats. DON'T. The phone system is pretty much non existent for existing customers. Maybe for a new quote they may respond quicker. I tried their website yesterday and it wouldn't let me log in! It told me to call their number. Silly me, got on the phone, they said wait time was over one hour. I decided to call back later.
So of course when I did their machine said they were closed and would I like a call back. Silly me again, I thought they meant by a real person. No , all they did was to put it on the end of the que. Silly me again, I thought I am existing customer with a deposit down for a move, they will have to treat me better. Not, I was stubborn and stayed on the line, after way over 2HRS I had to hang up because I have too much to do. Needless to say, here I am waiting for a reply from an email I sent them. I still don't know what's going to happen, the one time I got on to their website , I was only able to change delivery of 1 of 2 containers. I used PODS on my last move and didn't have any problem.
And they even answer their phones!
I hope you can feel the disgust I have for this company.
