This particular 800PackRats facility and service in Las Vegas, as well as the staff are unbelievable! Although there is confusion at their main headquarters in North Carolina, Brandon and his staff, here in Las Vegas, corrected everything and went out of their way to make my experience amazing using 800PackRats. I had to get into one of my containers in order to grab some stuff for work up in North Vegas. When I got there, the facility was spotless and new, my container was ready, the forklift driver pointed it out to me and made everything super convenient. Their drop off time - when I talk to Brandon - was exactly when they said they were going to drop off as well as pickup.
I highly recommend using them, for your moving and storage services.

First, Tried to call for a week straight no one answers there phones or calls you back as well you get quoted over an hour wait time. Got transferred around over six times and quoted an hour wait time.

Second, Told them i needed the storage for one more month, i tried to schedule a pick up day and couldn’t online cause they put my account on hold

Third, they put me on a reoccurring charge and charged me an extra month when i had it for 3 extra days. Talk to someone today, got told they will not refund me my 300 dollars they charged me.
Worst company i have ever worked with. Disrespectful people and cheap company.

Brandan and his team were the absolute BEST!! They made delivery super simple and communicated effectively during the entire process! I will definitely work with PackRat again in the future because of the amazing service we received!
