I only gave 4 stars because Pack Rat does not like a typical storage faculty because you are limited to the times and days you can access your unit, like they are closed on Sunday/Holidays and after 4pm so no access. But the moving service part was great with the pickup of the unit and delivery of the unit. AND, the customer service I received was great and I want to acknowledge Brandan (5 stars) and his team for his help and good customer services provided.

The. Vegas crew was fantastic delivering our containers! Tony was superb and took great care to use blocks to protect our paver driveway. He placed the containers perfectly with clearance to easily access our walkways. He was very friendly and professional. The air conditioned warehouse facility where they stored was superb— upon opening, our containers smelled just like our old house! Highly recommend Packrats for their service, and for the fact that we saved 50% over the competition. Pack Rats will NOT disappoint!

POD was delivered timely on both ends of moving. POD was stored temporarily with no issues. Nothing was damaged or broken inside. Tony was amazing with delivery and placement of POD for easy unpacking. He promptly picked up POD with ease! Thank you Packrats!
