I’ve been very happy so far with the ease of setting up my move with Pack Rat. The representatives on the phone have been very easy to communicate with. I had to contact them to make a change and they assisted me and made it very easy. I was contacted prior to delivery of container and was able to give specific directions to the driver, Tyler. He was on time, and very professional. I’ll follow up with another review, once I’ve finished my move and container is brought to my new home.

Drop off was on time, the driver put it just where I needed it. Took the time to explain everything. Much appreciated. It helped with load distribution. The pickup time was within there window. I certainly would recommend them .

Best price, best service. I had a lower quote at a different container company and they were quick to beat it! Even included a larger container for the same discounted price. Highly recommend.

Great service! They were able to work with me and get the pod delivered to a storage facility & also placed the pod where i requested. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend for long distance moving.
