First experience with PACK-RAT and I’m extremely pleased. The 16ft container was dropped off by Marquis who was careful and patient. We then needed to add an 8 ft to our order and they were flexible and Steph made it happen. Moving is extremely anxiety provoking but the professionalism of Timothy at the Fontana location helped alleviate our stress. We’re not done yet but I wanted to say thanks for a great job so far. I don’t think I’ll be disappointed.

Great online and over the phone experience. Moved cross-country via a 16 ft container and was very pleased. From pick up to drop, was communicated with every step of the way. Prior to delivery on both ends, was called promptly to confirm time and placement of unit. Timothy in Fontana went the extra mile and reviewed google maps with me to ensure proper drop at my new home in case I was not available to be there. Greatly appreciated his professionalism and phone courtesy. I even was able to coordinate an early return pick up. Highly recommend 1-800 Pack Rat for any do it yourself move.

Manny messaged me to let me know his ETA and arrived on time, everything went smooth! So glad i called them to store furniture while i did some remodeling instead of moving things around from room to room!
