The only bright spot in dealing with this company has been the driver who dropped off the full container. His name was Stephan Johnson, and his big smile went a long way to help me get over the stress and anxiety that we’ve been through with this delivery. The people on the phone have been nice too, but the actual experience has been a nightmare. They didn’t pick up the loaded container on time and our apartment threatened to fine us because it was there too long, and then the delivery at the destination didn’t come on the day they promised and I had scheduled movers to help unload the next morning, so that never happened.I don’t know how the good people who work for this company can keep a smile on their face. I’ll never use this company again.
