These reviews seem inflated. This companies policies suck equally as bad as the customer service. I couldn't get my pods dropped off or picked up on time. Then, when I complained the guy in 'escalation' would not send to a higher up nor assist with a resolution. The next time I move, I'll pay the extra and hire a moving company.

Stefan is one heckuva brand ambassador for 1/800 Packrat. He showed up at the agreed upon time and dropped our box where we wanted it. He was professional and had the nicest demeanor, a real class guy and company!
