Mario is amazing. He dropped my container exactly where I wanted it, easy to load and unload. He is very friendly, I will use Pack Rat again! Very convenient.

Was just trying to get a general idea of cost on the website they called me twice at work yesterday before I even got to lunch and 3 times today they are calling every 2 hours.
I don't want to talk to people on the phone so to have the repetitive calls makes me not even want to consider a quote

We had a great experience with Pack Rat. Containers were solid and water tight - all scheduled dates were kept. Everything arrived as packed. There was one accounting error that was quickly corrected. Very satisfied.

Our shipment was picked up on the 29th of November. We got to our new location Dec 6th and were told our container will not arrive till 12/24/24 On 11/17/24 we were quoted $4,618 from Oregon to Indiana It takes 10 business days for us to ship your container to the final destination. Pick up 11/29/24 and received the 12/16/24. We were LIED to. We were told in our quote we would not need to pay the 4,418 till we received our things at the new destination that will arrive on 12/16/24. On the 6th of December we were told we had to pay now to get our things, so we gave them our payment information. They charged us twice the 1st time they charged me $5,108.68 they then charged me a 2nd payment of $437.60 then let us know our things would not get here till the 12/24/24. I’m very disappointed in this company. This company has LIED and STOLEN from me.

Unfortunately I felt racist in this place.
