Don't move with Pack rat,
there are hidden fees, storage is more expensive than pods, they don't confirm the space needed to drop the container, and some of thier reps need more customer service. I was told 2260 for a 16ft from Nevada to Oregon, and a 500 deposit that would come off my total. They charged me separately for storage above the 2260 and because they didn't advise the space needed for the truck I had to reschedule the pod access, rent a uhaul and mo e things 2x and my son's birthday was ruined.

My first driver was nice and turned the pod in the direction I wanted. The second driver got confrontational, blaming me and threatened to take the pod back to storage. It seemed like he was mad that I called him back 30 minutes after he called me (he kept bringing it up), so he in turn refused to honor my request for door placement. He admitted that he could turn it around and just didn't want to. He said, 'Stop talking to me!'

There was no way of knowing when that call was going to happen and it happened during my apartment inspection. This differed from the first drop off, where they called the day before to tell me when to expect a phone call and drop off.
