They give you one quote then charge you another. I was told one price for transportation of two storage containers, then got charged over $500 more, including for things that the original quote said were included, like a lock. Looked at the breakdown and there's all these extra fees they don't tell you about or include in the quote. When the guys showed up to deliver the containers they were both loaded on the truck wrong. Both delivery guys were quick to say the company sucked. One was nice enough to take the container to a nearby parking lot to turn it around so that it could be dropped off with the door facing the right direction.

While moving is stressful enough. Choosing Pack Rat to assist you in your move makes it worse.After you sign the contract, getting a hold of customer service is nearly impossible. They tack on extra charges throughout the whole process. We got charged an extra 1300 more then what we were quoted when we signed up. We Had to call them on 4 separate occasions to ask why they keep charging me random charges. They could never give me an answer of why I kept being charged. The told me they would look into and call me back. Obviously they never called back. Do your self a favor and use a different company. Don’t use these guys.
