Great company to work with they use shrink wrap great at Communicating with me before and after I made sure when over all the paperwork before hand I was Aware of all fees as I was on a Budget

This company is now called City Moving Express. They will steal from you and ruin your things. They scam people, they are not a legitimate business. I thought I was doing something good going with a smaller business and not a corporation. They are criminals, they showed up 3.5 hours late, ruined our furniture and stole air pods from my step son.

Don't use this company or AKA One Moving Solutions or AKA Moving Solutions. Everything went well when I set up the move. Darnell seemed nice and professional. I was told they no longer accepted CC due to customer doing back charges. However, they accept credit cards for $75.00 deposit in case they show up on moving day and you don't use them. While speaking with him I checked the reviews and found ALL of this. I went ahead and booked the service, but after speaking with my BF I called the next day and cancelled. I spoke with Darnell and he said that was fine, but he didn't seem to write anything down, so I sent a follow up email to confirm the cancel. Today I receive an email back saying, 'F you B I planned on F-ing my B at motor city with that money.' I kid you not. I hope his company email was hacked, but based on the previous comments probably not. I froze my credit card the same day that I cancelled, but now I'm calling to get a new card. WOW

I was recommended to Moving Solutions by a friend. I am totally happy my friend recommend me to them. We had a little disagreement about the start and stop time. My fuel fee was waived for my satisfaction. The company was willing to work with me. They were very fair and professional.After my move I have read a few of the reviews for this company some were good some were bad from my experience . I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY....

I was recommended to use this company. I paid for my mother and father to move. The movers came professional and uniformed. I needed a few beds taken apart and a few more this packed. They did sofor me. I did notice that they start charging you before they even pull off from the truck yard which i didn’t like.Darnel was nice enough to waive my fuel fee. I would recommend them to anyone they were great.
