I totally love this moving company. 1 Moving Solutions helped me have a stress free move. I am very pleased.Darnel was very professional. The movers were uniformed very helpful polite and professional.They were very reasonable. Thank you so much guys.
I called about five companies before I decided to hire this moving company. They were on time and professional. They explained everything to me on contract. They didn’t have hidden fees. Everything was explained upfront. I definitely will be using them again.
I wish I read the reviews. This company is a total scam. Darnell quoted me a flat hourly rate all-in. I was told my CC would have a $75 hold and the balance deducted after the move and 'per my review' that if I had any delay issues or negative views there would be deductions. When we got to my final location I waited 45mins to be met with a need for cash in hand before my items went into my home with an amount hundreds more.
The movers themselves were very polite, communicative, and professional. Up until that point Darnell had been as well. When I called to discuss the misunderstanding, the tone completely changed: I was insulted, yelled over, and completely mistreated. I hung up on Darnell, handed his movers a cash tip and helped them move me in. I couldn't believe the selfish position he had put his 'team' in.
Go anywhere else for your moving needs. I wish there was a negative stars option.
PLEASE DON’T USE this company save your furniture and yourself from a headache. I wish I hadn’t used them. One of the movers broke my T.V. while picking up the T.V. with his knee. He said the company would take care of repairing or replacing stand. When we got to my new place the driver said the glass kitchen table didn’t make it. Says it broke during transit. I was patient and calm with these people.
Months later dealing with Tracey very kind she apologize and acknowledged my patient.
Darnell the manager finally brought the glass portion of my table to my home the size was smaller I didn’t complain cause it was going on my patio. I reminded him about the T.V. he took a picture of it and said I would hear from my soon. I waited a couple weeks when I didn’t hear from him I decided to call him and spoke with his secretary advised her my issue and she placed me on hold then said she would call me back. She called me back and said Darnell said he would give me $150 for the damage for the T.V. stand. She advised me to request $150 from him through cash app. So I did and he declined it. I called the following day advised her he declined the cash app request she place me on a hold came back and said he said give her my cash app and he would send it in the next hour.
While a couple hours later he request $150 from me on cash app. The next day I called and Darnell answered I advised him of who I was he remembered the situation and said he never told
his secretary he would pay $150 for damaging the T.V. he said she must’ve said that to calm me down. I advised him I wasn’t coming across angry we changed cash app info. He said there was a $150 deductible for something THEIR EMPLOYEES BROKE. I don’t understand how a company can break peoples stuff and not be responsible. Save yourself a headache continue looking for a moving company don’t stop here. I will also be sharing the horrible experience with the Better Business Bureau. This has to stop. Also $119 a hour for under three hours. How did my bill turn to over $600. I didn’t say anything just paid it. They need to be shut down!!!

This company showed up 7 hours late, smelling of weed, damaged my house and furniture, did not move everything they were supposed to, and will hold your belongings in the truck until the move is paid for in full, so I did not see the damage to the furniture until it was too late. The company won’t answer the phone or emails on how I go about filing a claim to help cover replacement and repair costs.
