DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I called the office Tracie answered and set us up for the move. She quoted me $109 per hour, free gas and a$25 fee for going to storage. They came to our place, we helped them with loading. We were very organized, had everything shrieked wrap, bubble wrapped and in tubs. Then when we got to the storage unit, they wanted payment. They wanted $768. They would not unload it until we paid it all. It should of been $575 in all. When I let them know it was way over. They called the office I tried to talk to Darryl. He was very rude and was talking over me and would not let me talk. I should of looked at reviews before using them . I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.

Very poor service. Damaged my furniture, and the building, and cost me a lot of money. Not recommend at all. Gary with the only positive review is the owner.

I scheduled a pick up with this company and they gave me a time frame for the move. After hours of waiting they called to tell me they had to reschedule me for the following day first thing in the morning. The owner calls to verify thr appointment but also states that workers are showing up late for work.. They tell you the priceis 119 per hour but don't tell you that the price is prorated. So basically they estimate the time it will take them. If they finish sooner you still hsvr to pay for what they assumed. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE EVER USING THIS COMPANY. I don't blame the workers because they are simply workers but as a business owner Travis needs to practice better business skills cause this is totally unprofessional!!

Avoid; do NOT recommend. Unorganized, unprofessional, uncommunicative, and quote is inconsistent with final payments. See attached photos for a detailed review.

My move was rescheduled 3 times due to undefined logistics; requiring me to get a hotel and board my dog. Every mistake made by the company resulted in an up-charge for services. Second set of movers came smoking weed and tracked the smell throughout the house. My daughters headphones were stolen by these movers and then replaced once checked about it. Threw out a brand new tv stand! Requested cash only payment of $1100, which was inconsistent with the the quoted price or subject to an 11% service charge for a credit card and threatened to charge more as we were getting the cash on a Sunday! Nickel and dimes you the actual moving day instead of being upfront with quote. I did not have any large items like washer dryer fridge or stove. Was in a 2bdr Townhome. Could not speak with the manager when there are errors in the contract. You play telephone though the movers and receptionist. Had to threaten to call the police to get in contact with the owner to communicate my grievances and my prices back down given the many unprofessional things that occurred. The movers and the receptionist does not have the port to support customers that are having bad experiences.

Do not use this company.

The fact that the owner argues with its customers on here leaving negative reviews speaks volumes.

Save yourself time and frustration and go with a reputable company. But if you do choose to go with this company get all their information in writing before you fork over deposit #1. Yes there is a deposit #2 after your items are on their truck.
Honestly a lot what they do would not be so bad of they were upfront and it was expected at the time of scheduling service that way giving you, the consumer, an option to shop around for a better value. But they don’t. They wait until it’s too late for you to anything different. Shady.
