Excellent service, on time and very efficient

Hard workers.
They were fast and very pleasant and polite
Move was smooth

This company is fraudulent. I moved with them last year and had a great experience and hired them again this year and specified that everything that was moved last year needed to be moved again this year.

The day they came they charged me an extra $500 just for the first location because of extra items that wasn’t on the list although it was moved by them. I agreed to the price but I told them that I had a storage unit that is on the list and they should check inventory since I do not remember every item that was in there since it has not been touched and should be in their list of moved items. It was a 10x15 full storage unit and I told the manager multiple times.

The manager then expressed it was decided that they wanted to move the storage unit the following day. The manager then said they want me to pay for the entire move including the following day without the job being completed.

I was really really uncomfortable but finally agreed after promises from the manager. I have never used a contractor that asked to pay in full for a service not completed.

Saturday came around and said we had items that were not in the contract but haven’t been touched since their movers and wanted to charge $1,000.

We told them to just move the items from the contract. They didn’t want to do that without the $1,000 extra even the items from the contract and decided to leave after paying the full amount yesterday. If this is not stealing money. I’m not sure what is.

I believe they never planned to continue the job without the extra $1,000 since I had already paid in full. The manager at this moment still refuses to call me back.

Advice to future movers. You may be better off using any other company. It will save you stress and money at the end

Update to owners response: we paid for the extra items on the first day of the move. When you tried charging us more for the “extra items” in storage, my husband told them to just move what is on the contract which you still refused to do.

I called your office yesterday and I was told a manager will call me back ASAP and did not receive any type of response. When I called your manager directly, he ignores my phone calls.

Efficient, kind, reasonable, and super professional. I contacted them with a bit of a unique quick turnaround time and they came through reasonably! Even ahead of schedule! My only advice is you should be packed and ready because Jorge, Jason, and Donovan, will be there on the dot! Absolutely recommend!
