1st class movers helped us with an urgent, last minute move in record time. The crew was professional and personable and we appreciate everyone that we worked with!
I'm conflicted because the movers were very courteous and careful with everything and what a tough job that would be. Of the 2 movers one was on the phone for maybe an hour altogether on the first visit. I was told he was talking to the owner and another crew trying to help them. So it got to the end of the day and they weren't done with my move and I was told they would finish the next day which turned into 3 days later. (a job took longer, the truck broke down, they couldn't come except in the evening) They waived the travel time on the second visit but that was it, otherwise full charge. And I've never had a move take that many hours and I've moved many times and this move was literally to a location 4 minutes away. So would I recommend them...probably not...moving is hard enough.
Beau and his team are professional...careful...punctual..they respond quickly to phone and text....and most of all kind. Thank you for your help with all our needs. Highly recommend.
Showed up three hours late, broke many items moving and damaged front door extensively, charged for second day of moving without EVER SHOWING UP! Do not use this company, the owner will be nice as can be and deliver a complete misleading moving experience if they movers ever show up.
I am completely and utterly disappointed with this moving company. I had called & scheduled this company to move us a month in advance, and had even been in contact with them just days prior to our move. Well, the day comes to move & they're suppose to be there between 9-10am. Well, 10:00-10:15am rolls around, they're not there & I haven't rec'd a call. I start calling the number I had (2 numbers on the site goes to the same phone number) as well as texting & got no response. My husband & I literally called/texted/emailed/left messages & even went by the address on the website (which is an abandoned house by the way), and still got no response. When the owner finally did respond, he didn't even call me. He did it all through text! He said he had been out of service area (for 3-4 hours) & that his crew misunderstood where they were suppose to go to pick up the keys/bag for the truck. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but maybe the bag should've been given to the crew the day(s) before the move, if he was going to be in a situation where he was going to be unreachable for several hours; and they should've been given my number beforehand. And maybe there needs to be more than 1 contact person as well, in the event situations like this arise. I was lucky enough to find another local moving company to come move us the very next day. After making my calls to find another moving company, come to find out, this has happened before (although the texts I rec'd said this is the 1st time this has happened). I spoke with 3 different moving companies that said, they have saved other clients with the same/similar situation(s) from this very moving company. Had I known, I would've found someone else, as we didn't find any negative reviews & didn't know this was an issue.
