These guys run an absolute scam. They charge you one amount. Take half your things and then say “That’s all the space. To take the rest is thousands more”. And of course they only accept cash. Was so bad we sued in civil court and were awarded a judgement. Run away from this company.

This was the worst moving experience imaginable and I am still having nightmares about it. One star is an overly generous review. We were initially quoted $10K for a move from MN to NY. Once the truck was loaded they said it was going to be $19K. We had no other options because we had to be out of that house the following day. When our stuff arrived much of it was destroyed including antique family furniture and a 65” tv - which the company packed. In addition to receiving much of our belongings damaged, we were missing several items and had a large box of someone else’s clothes delivered to us. I contacted the company about getting someone else’s belongings three months ago and still haven’t heard back. I since found the owner on social media and shipped it to her myself. I went through the claim process and they were willing to pay $237. I am now out $19K and need to purchase thousands of dollars of new things to replace what arrived damaged. Just leave your stuff when moving and buy new or move it yourself in a uhaul truck. $19K is an absurd amount of money to receive absolutely nothing but anger in return.
