Do not hire this company they over charge and employees drink on the job. Sal the manager with held my belongings for 21 days. I hired a lawyer, also report them on the federal site. My attorney gave me two websites to help close this Buisness down. My items were scratched and screws for beds and treadmill were missing!

This company is a disaster. They represent everything that is wrong with for a move. I am a guy who never writes review but the experience i had made do this so that you don't end up in my situation.

Believe the negative reviews. Don't trust them. Their contracts are full of loopholes.

They WILL NOT deliver on schedule.
They WILL be difficult to communicate with.
They WILL deliver your boxes crushed and each box will require inspection and they will not assemble your furniture by saying that they forgot the tool kit and some one will come later to assemble where no body shows up.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Please avoid moving with this company.

The best part here is they show up on time for pick up that is the least they can do and your furniture will loaded/unloaded in different ware houses which leads to more damage to your luggage/items.

i tried to contact the claims department somebody answer the and says that it sales and will transfer the call where no body answers. They charge more money for the move and damage the items and no reply from claims.

Do not use this company! 1st class movers Inc. was hired by American moving solutions, a broker, to move us. Upon confirmation we were told to expect a 40 foot truck, instead they showed up with 2 small budget trucks. The foreman assured us everything would fit in those trucks.
The movers dragged furniture across the hardwood floors scrapping up the floors. They flipped furniture upside-down to slide the furniture on the finished side, scrapping and damaged many items. They dropped a large French oak armoire shattering it. Crammed things into the truck and threw items on-top of other items, scratching and breaking them. They also walked on our white carpet with black mud on his shoes leaving stains.

At the end of the day, the foremen then told us we were over capacity (despite never tracking inventory). He demanded $13,000 in cash immediately plus an additional $13,000 on delivery if we wanted our items delivered at the destination, again in cash. Meanwhile, the driver of one of the trucks drove away with our belongings. Throughout the entire day, no one ever said there would be additional charges or that the costs were going to be different from the contracted price. instead, we were constantly assured everything was fine and everything would fit in the truck.
We actually were moving less items than listed on the updated inventory. We could not understand how a move that was contracted to be 13,000 in total was now 30,000 with less inventory? He refused to put his numbers down in writing, but locked the truck and demanded cash to open it. He called the owner of 1st class movers who raised the price and also refused to return our items.
We refused to pay the additional $13,000 and demanded to have the missing truck returned. We wanted to take our items off the truck. They demanded $7,300 in cash immediately before they would return the truck or unlock the truck that was there. We called the police.
The officer informed 1st class movers that this is theft by swindle. The broker and the movers appear to be working together doing this too many people. One of the movers said this happens all the time with this company. The officer stated this is a criminal matter. He opened the truck for us and retrieved the other truck.
Do not use this company. If you have bad experiences with this company, report them to the MN attorney general and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA)
National Consumer Complaint Database (NCCDB). You can also report them to the FBI at IC3.gov. I have! the attorney general is very responsive and helpful.
