1ST CLASS MOVING

Worst experience of my life. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. All of my belongings were broken or scratched. Trying to go through the claims process, but they can not to provide me with the necessary paperwork.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
As reported by numerous others, they provide a quote and then more than double the fee AFTER loading and in my case, the truck had already driven away. Then they demanded cash payment. I had to get police involved for return of my belongings. The police office said this was theft by swindle. But since my goods were finally returned after hours of arguing, no charges were filed. But they should have been. I won't even mention the extensive damage to goods and property which occurred BEFORE they demanded additional money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU HAVE BEEN AS UNFORTUNATE AS ME, I URGE YOU TO CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES!!!!!

This company is a disaster. They represent everything that is wrong with using a broker for a move.

Believe the negative reviews. Don't trust this company. Their contracts are full of loopholes.

They WILL lie and find a way to jack up your price.
The WILL be late.
They WILL NOT deliver on schedule. Their contract gives them a huge delivery window and they take full advantage of it

They WILL be difficult to communicate with.
They WILL deliver your boxes crushed and each box will require inspection.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. These people are trained scammers.

Amazing group of guys, hard working, clean and on time. I would highly recommend 1ST CLASS MOVING!!

Company sucked! I was quoted 700 all said and done they tried to charge me almost 4000. Driver was great but company sucks.
