1ST CLASS MOVING

They were very rude to my parents and they are disabled. So they left my parents house saying they were going to get some help and never returned. We called the company and they said they canceled the move and gave no explanation on why.

My items were not only broken, but am missing 2 boxes making my adjustable bed useless as remote and connecting cables are lost!
I wouldn’t pay 2 + grands for shipping just for few personal items; I did for the bed that’s worth 2 grands!
Now I am left with an ordinary 200$ bed!
And, they don’t pick or return your calls fast; but, when he did; Sam was helpful , at least !
I had to unnecessarily keep my things with them for 2 months coz Sam was on vacation and no one was telling me that!
I am not very happy.
Hope as they are covered; their insurance will re emburse me for the bed; I don’t have 2 grands now, and I need adjustable bed!
I have very uncomfortable nights!

UPDATE: I found out that this company post false/fake positive reviews. I NEVER received any compensation for the furniture they ruined. Was ignored and dismissed. Please note the owner gives a response and thanks any positive review, while ignoring the many many complaints.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I hired 1st Class Moving June 2018 and was highly DISAPPOINTED. They were 3 hours late, and rushed through the job which resulted it a lot of damaged furniture. The crew was courteous, and assured me the company had insurance, and that I shouldn't worry about it. I wrote the insurance company (who made me feel as if I was in the wrong for even asking to be compensated), and finally 4 months later was issued a settlement letter in the sum of $120. The following was what was damaged/broken.

•White Coffee Table – Multiple Scratches, dents, black marks
•Black Decorative Mirror Frame – Mirror completely shattered
•Two white end tables – Legs completely broken off
•Dresser Drawer – Drawers cracked, scratch on the side.
•Wood/Wicker Storage Chest – Side kicked/pushed in

I provided pictures, and everything that was asked. I feel I was definitely scammed. The contract I signed even stated I was not to pay for travel time (duh, they were 3 hours late), and they tried to charge me for that anyway. I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but really should have went with my gut, and cancelled it after they were an hour late. PLEASE BEWARE!
