DON'T USE. Very rude and disrespectful. WANTED TO CHARGE ME ADDITIONAL FOR WHAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. AVOID AT ALL COST NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I wouldn’t recommend 1st Priority Movers. They lack communication skills. They canceled the day before the move and no one notified me about the issue. I had to call to find out that there was an issue. This left my family in a complicated situation. I haven’t received a refund yet but I’ll definitely give an update on that.

I beg anyone not to use this company all the picture posted are not accurate at all. Also be mindful if you do decided to use them the owner told me out his own mouth that the customer is required to help move your own property they are only the help.

I had a very positive experience with Mr. WIllis and his crew. They were very prompt, courteous, professional and took care when handling our belongings. They showed up on time and stuck to the schedule. Very hard working and we got our value from them. There was no standing around or complaining. They loaded the truck in Snow Hill, NC and unloaded the truck when we arrived in Goldsboro, NC. They carried everything up to the secong floor apartment and set it in place where ever they where directed. We would definitely use them again. Thank you Mr. Willis and your crew. They did an awesome job.

When I am searching for assistance I always look for black owned business first. I came across 1st Priority Movers when renting and storing with Uhaul. I did not order the right size and they agreed to provide their moving and storage services. They also informed me that they would be able to move it when I was ready.

Fast forward 7 months after our initial move, I am unable to contact Mr. Willis. They number he provided and the number on the invoices for my storage was no longer active. After researching on the internet, I located the number and was able to contact Mr. Willis.

We managed to agree upon a rate and date for delivery after having to reach out him several times.

My delivery came with no communication from Mr. Willis about his ETA. I had to contact him to inquire about my delivery. Due some unforeseen circumstances ( doing another job), based on what he told me, he was unable to make deliver on the agreed upon date. We scheduled for the next day, that day came and went. Two days after the original date, Mr. Willis arrived with only 3/4 of my items. He had to return the next day with remaining amount. Throughout all of this, I was still never contacted. I had to reach out to him.
When asked for deduction from my bill for the delayed delivery, Mr. Willis, refused, argued, and threatened to call the police and his lawyer if he did not receive his full final payment.

Mr. Willis of 1st Priority Movers, LLC lacks communication, professionalism, and ethics. I would not recommend patronizing this business. While their prices may be lower than others, you get what you pay for. Find another moving company.
