Worst customer service ever, I have been trying to give a 30 day notice for over 30 days. No one will respond to an email or return voicemails. They are continuing to bill me even though the units are empty and are left open. You call their phone # and get left on hold and no one will answer.

I had issues getting a storage unit with them up front after reserving a unit with them, there notifications to alert you to pay your bill on time does not work, and then when they say their number is 24/7 they really mean they are only operating 8am?-4:30pm? Maybe.... worse service ever. I would not recommend at all...
