Great experience. Movers were kind and hard working.

If you want your move to take twice as long, majority of everything broken and the movers robbing you, then look no further! What should have been a simple move, just a mile up the road, turned into an absolute nightmare. The move, which should have only taken six hours, stretched from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM the following morning. Their lack of preparation and professionalism was appalling.

First, one of the movers walked off the job early in the day, leaving me to personally go off base to bring them back and later, at 10 PM, they had to recruit two additional movers to help finish the job. I had paid for three movers, but for much of the day, only two were working. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have proper lighting in their truck, so I had to run my car’s high beams for hours and lend them my military CIF flashlight, which they also stole!

Their incompetence didn’t end there. They broke my daughter’s bed and dressers, took parts of my bed and the screws, and I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for the past two weeks. They failed to assemble my furniture, despite this being part of the service I paid for. Additionally, I am still unpacking because their lack of organization has left me overwhelmed, and as a single mom on active duty working 12-13 hour shifts, I simply don’t have the time or resources to fix the mess they created.

The most upsetting part? Items went missing. My $8,000 ring, my Apple Watch, and my military flashlight are all gone. I trusted this company with my belongings, and they completely violated that trust. They didn’t just fail to deliver on their promises they destroyed my property, wasted my time, and stole from me. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and unethical this company is. I would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache, stress, and heartbreak, do not hire 2 College Brothers Moving & Storage!

My husband and I moved this past week and all we needed moved was the furniture. It was raining all day long, and the two gentleman, Raul and Rene, wrapped everything so well! None of our furniture got wet.

Andrews and his crew was very polite to me. They took care of all My special request and concerns about the move. They have a lot of knowledge on what they're doing you can tell they are very professional. 100 percent recommending to all my friends
