AVOID THIS COMPANY (if they are actually a company), AT ALL COST...and it will cost you significantly more than you are quoted. They are not properly licensed. They are CROOKS. Took 3 days of their delaying scheduled delivery (scheduled for 9am, delayed every couple hours for 3 days, had to take extra time off work...). Absolutely worst moving experience in my life. Note: should've been an easy move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will regret it!

Fraud alert: the company charged me sales tax even though there is no sales tax on moving services. I had to follow up with Yasha Alishaiv, owner of the company, repeatedly and multiple times. I had to resort to pretty much threatening to complain to NYS Finance Dept before he venmoed me back my sales tax refund.

I also had to face a similar low ball offer to be only raised at the last moment with a ridiculously high hourly rate.

The movers came pretty much on time but did not bring any moving equipment. They moved the stuff without and covering blankets. They even moved my mattress without a blanket but thankfully I had extra bedsheets that I could put on my mattess. Otherwise my $1000 Casper
Mattress would have been ruined.

Avoid these guys.

If they have charged you sales tax fraudulently, file with the NYS in form AU11. It will get your money back.

This “company” is a total disgrace. Sent all information on items to be moved along with time i was looking for both on email and text and received a call immediately with what was a decent price. Had a 7pm appt time. Rushed home from work. 745 rolls around. Call and am told on their way. 830 rolls around. Still waiting......called again. Oh you’re appt was moved to tomorrow. Wow. Really. No one called or text me anything. I should have ran at that point. So next day. Same thing. Rushing home. They say they’re on their way at 430!! Excuse me? The appt is for 7!!!! Told them could be at the pick up point for 530. They say ok. Get home. There is an accident on the corner of my street!! You’ll never guess with who?!?!?! Yep. Their truck!!!! Didn’t appear to be their fault. But wow. What luck huh? So again. Last try...Can we reschedule for tomorrow 6pm? Yes. Next day rolls around. Not a call. Not a text. Nada nothing zilch. Ended up going with a different company of course. This was a total waste of time. They need to be out of business!!!!!!!!!

I agree this company is a scam. They quoted me 285 for my move plus gas and toll. when my stuff got to the location the price went to 700 and they held my stuff in their van until I paid them even though I ask them many times for a ball park figure they kept saying 285 plus toll and gas.
They are rude, unprofessional and dishonest. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. One star is too much to give them.

This has been the worst move ever. This company gives you a low quotation but when the work is almost over, they charge you with whatever they can think of. And so from $285, the total amount went up to $1,300. We were all shocked, of course. We could have hired a van for a day and made numerous trips which will cost us only half of the total amount charged. Avoid this company when moving. They are bad people.
