Taking $$ advantage of people they've INTENTIONALLY put in a very difficult spot.
They kept putting off their arrival time ON moving day. Finally, truck problems prevent them from arriving at all. Then they give you the phone # of someone else who can move you instead. This idiot charges a la carte to move a mattress, bureau, desk,..anything and everything (wrapping/protecting furniture is also extra $$). How do these people sleep at night? TOTAL PREDATORS.

Worst company ever lying crooks who changed the price multiple times, I had to work so my wife handled the move since it was just our storage unit, than they had the nerve to ask my wife your gonna give us a tip since we didn’t go over the three hours when they said the job was gonna be 2. Me and one of my friends did the initial move in an hour and a half when my back was going out on me. They are lucky I wasn’t there never use these crooks.

My experience with 24/7 Moving & Storage has been absolutely abysmal - DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS! I had a very small move; just 3 large items including a small practice piano which I had disclosed to 24/7 from our initial conversation. It should have been a relatively simple 2 hour job.
Correspondence with their dispatch office was very unprofessional - they called me the morning of the move to try and reschedule, and even texted me after midnight once. My conversation with Dispatch when the movers were late led me to believe that my job was forgotten altogether, as they sent a truck from NYC 2 hours after they were scheduled to arrive, only to show up 4 hours past the original moving time (long after the sun had set). The initial moving estimate was very reasonable, but a complete lie as the dispatcher and movers tried to renegotiate the price when they arrived, despite the fact I confirmed the price and that they were moving a piano several times (even sent pics of it). Honestly, I might have considered paying them more to make the move, had they not kept me waiting for 4 hours at someone else's house before renegging on our arrangement. The movers that arrived were very rude and likely undocumented Russian immigrants - 24/7 doesn't seem to pay their workers adequately, as even though I agreed to a slightly higher rate as they were already on site and I just wanted to end the nightmare, the on site movers rejected the job. I can't comment to the numerous reviews on theft and damaged parcels because we didn't even get to loading the truck; but I wouldn't be surprised it it were true based on my experience with 24/7 Moving - maybe they're called 24/7 because that's how long they will make you wait for them! I wasted an entire afternoon and a vacation day from work to ultimately NOT get the job done. In my opinion, 24/7 doesn't even deserve the minimum 1-star Google rating. Do yourself a favor and leave colluding with Russians for the White House.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !! Do not use this company. They take forever to reach to you, and they do not protect your furniture.

These guys say one price at the time of booking and once they have our stuffs in their truck, they increase the prince 3 times and literally blackmail you saying if you are not giving the money that they say, then they will take the stuffs and have it in their storage till we pay them what they quote plus their storage charges. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS MOVERS in NJ. The BOSS (As they call the guy who initially called me for the booking) will never pick your phone and only talk to his associate in their language to get the money what they quote after halfway. Please do not fall prey
