Fishing equipment was taken from behind my boat at this location. Apparently or possibly stolen and placed at another location on the property. Called and asked the front desk if any equipment was recovered. It was stated equipment was found on the property and placed inside. I live out of state, apparently there is a policy if things aren't picked up within a month it is donated. I thought my things were secure on their property and especially in the front office. Also, thought before donation they would be smart enough to call to the 4 boat owners that have boats stored to research who's equipment it could possibly be if they weren't sure.

Thinking about moving my things. I'm guessing there are thieves on site. Especially, If my things were taken and placed somewhere else. Customer service was not helpful and could have cared less about my property. They were very excited to tell me that they donated my property. Also asked for the owners info to let him know hundreds of dollars of equipment was stolen just to be told they couldn't give out that information. I think they realized a mistake was made and didn't want to own up to it. It's very easy to investigate a matter unless you just don't care about other people's things. It's very easy to say 'we messed up'. I would have accepted it and wrote a 5 star review. Now I'm worried if other things are secure on this property. Next my boat might be stolen only to be told its my problem.
