Review:
This company gave their movers a small truck to move my nearly new piano. They could barely get the piano rotated around so it would fit in the door of the truck. Then when they lowered it on the hoist, the hoist was slanted so it broke the foot on new piano and now, they are asking if they can go to the storage space to look at it to see if they can repair it. Really? #1 they have a reputation of stealing from storage spaces, #2 their claims email address on their forms did not work and I had to call them for the information. I'll never get paid. DO NOT USE THEM - THEIR EQUIPMENT IS CRAP AND THEY WILL NOT PAY ME FOR THE DAMAGE. They said, 'you don't understand how the claims process works because i can see that you already ordered the new pedal'. Like I am not going to order a new pedal? Really. Huge LOSERS!!!
