Units are nice and clean. Customer service is awesome. I had a 10x10 unit not climate controlled. I started out paying $114 a month. They raised it to $150 a month within a year. In my opinion that’s a little high considering the space I was renting. When it snows they don’t bother clearing the snow in front of the units which makes it difficult to get in and out of your unit which also makes it a safety concern. With all the money you pay for these units, the snow should be completely removed. This is an excellent storage facility but a little pricey.
