680 Movers

They never showed up. When this happens, 680 will absolutely leave you hanging. Go with someone else.

I scheduled a move 3 weeks in advance for 9–10a on a Saturday. The move is supposed to be quick - literally 10 minutes away from where we were living.

At 9:30a on the date, no word from anybody. I have to call their main number “Oh, I was going to call you, there has been an issue with the truck. It’s actually going to be 1:30p to 3p”.

At 1:45, no word from anyone. I call again. “Actually it’s 3:30 to 4:30 now”.

This happens several more times. In EVERY case, I have call for an update. It slips to “4 to 5”. Then “5 to 6”.

At 5p, I call AGAIN, and am told “after 6p”. At this point I cancel and ask for a refund.

Dependable Movers was able to accommodate me for the following morning.

EDIT: 680 movers even shorted me $10 on the refund. Why do I have to pay a 5% processing fee when they never showed up? Just don't go with this company.

680 Movers were responsive and easy to work with. The crew of two worked work hard and efficiently. No suprises, everything went smoothly. Highly recommend and would hire again!
