Very rude and disrespectful! I asked for names the young ladies, that I’ve spoke too, and they wouldn’t give up names! Didn’t like that they cut off my lock without notifying the customer! It’s Very unprofessional! Stephanie and Rosa! Was the 2 ladies that I’ve spoken too, regarding my storage’ However Whenever there’s a problem and I ask for a supervisor , there’s never a supervisor! So irritating with them! They need to learn how to talk to their customers. I like the storage! It’s just the people!

Had a storage here for a couple of years . I recently went to pick up my things and all of my items were infested with mice. I had to throw everything away and the employees were no help at all

Rosa & Stephanie were very kind and helpful. I recommend this place very clean and great customer service

I closed out the unit this past weekend. It was hard enough going through everything and moving out but they made the process very easy!
